…A question for the ladies!
Who out there is successfully wearing white pants?…..
I have 2 pairs of white pants that see the light of day about once a year. And inevitably I either sit in something or wipe my dirty palms on my thighs ….
….no joke…I guess I’m not very lady-like.
Am I the only one that can’t wear white pants?
I see stylish women walking around our town in adorable white pants and I wonder if there is something seriously wrong with me.
Having 2 dogs and 4 cats just doesn’t agree with white pants I suppose….
Should I give up?…
But I envy those women walking around wearing white pants!
They look fearless! Carefree and happy!
And here I am in my mundane black yoga pants. Complete with the “functional” side pocket for my cell phone. I frequently stare longingly into my closet full of fun pastel capris. Occasionally putting them on for a special afternoon concert at the park. Inevitably going home and finding I spilled something on them…
I’m desperate to wear white pants…. what is a pet owner to do…?
Advice ladies? Can I wrap myself in plastic? Can I shellac myself? Hire a crew of “White Pants Police” to check every surface before I sit? What about white Leather pants? Is this a fashion no-no? Can’t stain those! But perhaps a bit oppressive in 100 degree Texas heat…..
I suppose I shouldn’t restrict this conversation to just ladies, how rude of me! Men can wear white pants too! Although I don’t see this too frequently. Perhaps on the golf course… or maybe if you’re lunching at the Yacht Club. I guess a gentleman fostering puppies or rescuing cats, wouldn’t be trotting off with them to the local pet clinic wearing white pants…..
There’s got to be a way for a successful pet sitter to wear white pants…I just haven’t figured it out yet!
Perhaps I am asking too much of my white pants to survive more than one year?…Or one day…?
Buckets of bleach? Replace my pants every 6 months? Help!
I am now taking suggestions… I need solutions! Please share on Facebook and see what ladies are actually out there fearlessly rocking the white outfits!
Sincerely, Your Pet Sitter,
